We drive by the shopping center all of the time and did not even know it was there. Got a replacement for our iPhone 6plus and went back next day to replace the other iPhone on our plan. Staff was knowledgeable and quick to meet our needs

The Verizon employee who helped me, Brandon, was extremely knowledgeable, patient and friendly. What I was the most impressed with was instead of throwing obstacles he offered and found ways to resolve all the issues that I requested his assistance for. Would highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Brandon.
